gorgeous layout, spacious rooms, nearby shopping mall
Location too distant from La Roma and Condesa!!! Unmarked steps and water installations pose safety risks!!! Having to pay extra for coffee and using the jacuzzi is quite cheap for a hotel charging top dollar!!!

During my stay, I appreciated the spacious layout of the Deluxe King Room, which featured a luxurious soaker tub and exceptional attention to detail from the housekeeping staff. The assortment of complimentary drinks available in the halls was a thoughtful touch. I enjoyed the gym, which was well-equipped for a solid workout. Overall, the ambiance of the hotel felt upscale, paired with convenient access to a nearby shopping mall and some excellent dining options. The only downside was that the area felt more business-oriented than a traditional vacation spot, but it was still worth it for the amenities offered.

The large, inviting rooms featured a luxurious soaker tub that provided a relaxing experience after a long day. The gym was impressively outfitted, allowing for a great workout routine, and complimentary drinks in the hallway added a nice touch to the overall stay. However, the location felt more business-oriented, which slightly diminished the vacation vibe. Additionally, I faced some unexpected charges for coffee and jacuzzi use, which felt a bit off for a hotel in this price range. Service timing for room service could use improvement as well.

Comfy stay with nice touches
The room was super cozy, maybe the best part was the big comfy bed. The bar area has some cool drinks and the spa is a nice way to unwind. Check-in was a bit slow though, kinda made the start a bit rough. Overall, a solid spot for a couple's retreat.

Couples seeking luxury
The staff was kind! Victor in the restaurant didn’t just serve us, he shared tips about the area like we were old friends. And each morning, waking up in that king size bed was just. Perfect with aromatic coffee waiting just steps away!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable.
